Although the Toshiba NB305 series is available in a few different colors, you can save about $40 - $50 by staying with the black one.
I prefer the white color since it sort of hides fingerprints but my husband usually puts a gel skin on his so fingerprints are not an issue.

I'm not sure if the price will be the same when you read this, but as of the posting of this review the NB3055-N310 is around $320 at Amazon which is a very good deal, especially considering that this model has received so many positive customer reviews (which you can read Here ) and also positive reviews from professionals.

Like with most netbooks it is suggested that you add 1 more GIG of Ram.
Currently this netbook has 1 GB of DDR2 RAM (800 MHz; 1 memory slot; upgradeable to 2 GB) and most will find that the additional 1GB will make a big difference when watching videos and multi-tasking.

Since most netbooks,(this one included) has just 1 memory slot in order to upgrade you will have to purchase a 2GB and before you checkout with your purchase you will see the option for picking up the 2 GIG of memory which is very reasonably priced.

Dell Inspiron iM1012-687OBK Mini 1012 Obsidian Black Netbook

Although this Dell Obsidian is shown in black it does come in a multitude of colors, so that it will be easy to find one that is perfect for you.

This Dell comes with 1 GB of memory and I do suggest that you purchase a 2 GB memory card (it has just 1 slot) to use instead. Netbooks work best with more than 1 GB, and I don't think that you'll be satisfied with just 1 GB.
